Team Leader – Structural

Your new role

• You will come in as Team Leader , almost like a 2IC to the current Structures Director
• Wear all three hats in terms of team leadership, technical and project delivery and work winning

Your progression

• Help and support and mentorship from management in terms of facilitating and upskilling you in business development and marketing of the business. Be trained in formulas and strategies that have succeeded
• Prefer for their Team Leaders and managers to still be very hands on with the projects and technical delivery
• The opportunity here is to propel and develop your talents to the next level and become a market leader in the buildings sector

Requires at least 12+ years in the Brisbane buildings market up to Team Leader level, the desire to build on your business development experience. Degree Qualified Structural Engineer and RPEQ status.
